4. Physical Art Sales & Shipping

• Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and textures of physical artwork accurately. However, your screen calibration may slightly alter the appearance.
• Shipping & Damages: 
• Sandinoworx ships physical goods from Calgary, Alberta. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within [e.g., 48 hours] of delivery with photo proof to discuss an exchange or resolution.

5. Commissioned Art & Services

• Project Agreement: For custom art commissions or design services, a separate contract outlining deadlines, revisions, and milestone payments may apply.
